Fr. Nguyen Trung Tin, the Rector of Don Bosco technical school finished his term on October 3, 2016 and Fr. Paul Leung Kon Chiu was officially received as rector. Since 2001-2005 Fr. Nguyen Trung Tin was bursar at Don Bosco MCYT. From 2005-2008 he worked as a bursar in Don Bosco center Darkhan and since 2008 to 2010 he was rector and Parish priest of Don Bosco Darkhan. He completed successfully his six years term as the rector of the Don Bosco MCYT since 2010 to 2016.

Officially appointed as rector of Don Bosco MCYT Fr. Paul Leung Kon Chiu, came to Mongolia in 2006 and was appointed as the rector of Don Bosco Care Center. Since 2009-2010 he was the parish priest and from the year 2010-2016 he was appointed as a rector of Don Bosco Center Darkhan.

There was short get- together of all the salesians, teachers, students and children of the Caring Center to welcome Fr. Paul Leung Kon Chiu. The words of gratitude and welcome were expressed by school manager B. Undarmaa, finance manager Yu. Odbileg, Don Bosco Caring Center Manager Ch. Ganchimeg.
